Billing
Manage subscription, AI credit wallet, trial vs paid plans, commission policy, and usage (1,000 credits = $1).
Overview
Settings → Billing (/{locale}/settings/billing) shows your plan, monthly AI credits, wallet, and payment history.
Credit scale
1,000 credits = $1 of wallet display. Usage is charged in whole credits from token × model cost × markup (rounded up).
Trial vs paid

tenants.plan may still say starter during free trial — that is not a paid Starter subscription.

Plan picking is in-app. Stripe Customer Portal only manages an existing subscription (card, invoices, cancel / change if configured).
Commission on merchant sales
OrderInChat does not take a commission (cut) on ordinary product sales through your store or WhatsApp checkout.
You pay:
- A subscription (or free trial), and
- Optional AI credit usage / wallet top-ups
Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Iyzico, banks) may charge their own fees — those are not OrderInChat sales commission.
Optional AI-assisted fee
If you enable Stripe Connect / AI-assisted (agentic) commerce, OrderInChat may charge a small platform fee only on those AI-assisted sales (the percentage is shown in Store → Payment Setup; typically around 3%). Direct store sales remain fee-free from OrderInChat.
Wallet top-ups & auto top-up
Require an active paid Stripe subscription. Free trial uses welcome / trial monthly credits only — Save is disabled for auto top-up until you subscribe.
Top-up amounts: +$20 / +$50 / +$100 or custom $10–$500 via Stripe Checkout.
Invoices
After you subscribe, invoices and receipts live in Manage Subscription (Customer Portal). There is no separate in-app invoice archive.
