Overview

Inbox → Messenger (/{locale}/inbox/facebook) shows Facebook Messenger threads linked to your Meta integration.

Requirements

Meta / Facebook connection via WhatsApp Business / Meta integrations flows
Page permissions granted during Embedded Signup / Meta linking

Usage

Same inbox patterns as WhatsApp: select a conversation, reply as staff, or use AI where enabled. Channel-specific limits follow Meta Messenger policies.
