Meta Catalog

Sync products to Meta Commerce catalog for WhatsApp / Instagram shopping.

Overview

Settings → Integrations → Meta Catalog (/{locale}/settings/integrations/meta-catalog) links your product catalog to Meta Commerce.

Usage

  1. Connect / select catalog after WhatsApp Business is linked
  2. Sync products from OrderInChat → Meta
  3. Fix any item-level errors shown in the sync UI

Product source of truth remains Store → Products in OrderInChat.
