Team lives at /{locale}/team (sidebar Team — not under Settings).
Roles (typical)
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing and destructive account actions |
| Admin | Broad store access; billing usually owner-only |
| Agent | Inbox / assigned work focused |
Exact permission matrix is enforced in-app; when unsure, invite as Agent first.

- Open Team
- Invite by email + role
- Member accepts and signs in
Remove or change roles from the same page. Reassign inbox work before removing someone mid-conversation.
