View, fulfill, and manage customer orders.
Overview
Store → Orders (/{locale}/store/orders) lists checkout orders from WhatsApp, storefront, and payment links.
Typical workflow
- Open an order to see line items, customer, shipping, payment status
- Update fulfillment status as you ship / complete
- Use payment / invoice tools when available on the order detail
Notes
- Payment method availability depends on Payment Setup
- Shipping quotes use Shipping profiles/rules
- Abandoned carts are under Store → Carts, not Orders
