Store Management → Invoice Template (/{locale}/store/invoice-template) controls how PDF/HTML invoices look for customers and your records.
What you can customize
- Section layout and visibility (company block, line items, totals, notes)
- Branding alignment with store logo / legal entity fields
- Translations for invoice labels when your store supports multiple locales (invoice translate tools)
Tips
- Legal name / tax ID / legal address come from Store Setup — keep them accurate for compliant invoices
- Test by generating an invoice from a recent order after saving the template
