Store → Tasks (/{locale}/store/tasks) is the internal task board for owners, admins, and agents.
Usage
- Create tasks, assign teammates, comment
- Email notifications may send via your Email Configuration when enabled
- Customer-facing support tickets are separate (platform Help → Contact Support)
