Welcome to OrderInChat

OrderInChat connects WhatsApp (and related Meta channels) with a storefront, checkout, bookings, and an AI assistant. Merchants manage everything from the app dashboard at app.orderinchat.com.

Quick setup checklist

1. Store Setup — /{locale}/store/setup — name, branding, locales, currency, weight unit, domain
2. Products / catalog — /{locale}/store/products
3. Payment — /{locale}/store/payment-setup — Stripe, PayPal, Iyzico, and/or bank transfer
4. Shipping (physical goods) — /{locale}/store/shipping
5. Email — /{locale}/store/email-config — Gmail/SMTP so customers get mail from your address
6. WhatsApp Business — Integrations → WhatsApp Business (Meta Embedded Signup)
7. Billing — /{locale}/settings/billing — trial credits vs paid plans

How customers buy

1. Customer messages your WhatsApp number or opens the store link
2. Browses catalog / talks to AI or staff in Inbox
3. Checks out with your configured payment methods
4. You fulfill from Orders (and related Store tools)
